Each year a number of young people (aged 16-25) are selected to be Angus Youth Ambassadors.

Ambassadors are provided with a grant of $500 towards self-development in the beef industry.

About Us

Angus Youth is the youth organistaion of Angus Australia. Our program invloves young cattle enthusiasts 30 years and under.

Activities and Opportunities include the annual national Roundup, judging schools & competitions, Ambassadorships, Leadership Clinics, five international scholarships, numerous state based events and access to Angus Australia services as a junior member.

AY Management Committee

The Angus Youth National Management Committee is responsibile for developing policies and business plans for the Angus Youth program, for the development of these business plans, and for national Angus Youth promotion and communication.

State Committees

Angus Youth also holds state based events annually in addition to our national events.
