Angus Youth conducts an Ambassador program to provide young beef enthusiasts with opportunities to learn and have fun. The program also aims to develop young people’s leadership, communication, teamwork and organisational skills. It is also a great way to meet other young people with an interest in the beef industry.
Angus Youth Ambassadors are selected at the National Roundup each year. These ambassadors represent and promote Angus Youth in their community and in return receive a $500 educational allowance. This program would not be possible without the generous support from Landmark.
To be eligible for the Ambassador Program, applicants must be between 16 and 25 years of age. Applicants must submit a cover letter outlining why they would like to be an Ambassador along with their resume. They must also attend an interview as part of the selection process.
