Stewart Award

The Angus Youth program relies on voluntary help. Without the generous assistance, support and enthusiasm of these volunteers, the program would not be possible. The Stewart Award was started in 2001 as a way of recognising major contributions of time and effort to the Angus Youth program in a particular year.

The award is named after Bruce and Pat Stewart, Dunlop Park Angus, Tasmania, in recognition of their major support of the Angus Youth program over many years, in particular their involvement with the National Judging Competition.

The winner of the Stewart Award is announced at the Angus Youth Roundup Special Dinner. The winner is presented with a special presentation plate and their name is also inscribed on a plaque which is displayed in the Angus Australia boardroom.
