
The Angus Youth National Roundup is a three and half day cattle camp for 8 - 25 year olds. Designed to be educational and fun, the roundup offers participants a good balance of both hands-on expereince and theoretical activites. You also don't have to have your own animal to attend.
The Landfall Angus Youth National Roundup is held each year in Janurary, with recent locations including Bendigo, Glen Innes, Hamilton and Gunedah.
The first Angus Youth Roundup was held in 1983 in conjuction with the Angus National Expo in Wodonga. The Angus Youth Roundup is now one of the largest single breed youth events in Australia.
The Landfall Angus Youth National Roundup offers prizes which include, the Angus Youth New Zealand Exchange, a Te Mania Heifer, places at a cattle assessment course, a Landmark Angus Youth Ambassadorship as well as many other prizes.
