The annual Angus Youth Leadership Clinic is held in February at the Angus Australia offices in Armidale, NSW. Each year, Angus Youth committee members and ambassadors are invited to participate in the clinic to help them build and develop their leadership skills.
One of the aims of the clinic is to assist participants in leading the Angus Youth program through the coming year. The group develop an Angus Youth business plan and attend sessions on leadership, motivation, communication skills, financial management, meat processing, overseas markets and cattle selection.
A feature of the Angus Youth program, the Leadership Clinic offers participants a unique opportunity to develop their leadership skills, learn more about the beef cattle industry and meet other young beef enthusiasts from around the country.
