Each year the Angus Youth New Zealand Exchange program awards an Angus Youth member a six-week trip to New Zealand during their June / July national show and sale season. Hosted by the New Zealand Angus Association, the trip is an opportunity to gain an insight into the New Zealand cattle industry as well as build and develop cattle industry skills.

Who can enter?

All Angus Australia members aged 18-25 at 1 January 2008, attending the
2008 Landfall Angus Youth National RoundUp in Bendigo, Vic.

How do you apply?

Contact Angus Youth to obtain an entry form/Angus Youth membership form. Ph: (02) 6773 4608 or email.

Return the completed entry form along with your CV and a cover letter stating why you would like to win this award to Angus Australia, Locked Bag 11, Armidale, NSW 2350, by 30 November 2007. Entries received after this date will have points deducted or may not be accepted.

Attend the Landfall Angus Youth Roundup on 10 - 13 January 2008 in Bendigo, Vic. During this camp you will attend an interview. Selection is based on your resume, the interview, and Roundup involvement. The winner will be announced during the Roundup closing ceremony.
